History
M/S Tosha International Limited was incorporated on 19.09.1988 as Tosha Picture Tubes Limited. The Company changed the name from Tosha Picture Tubes Limited to Tosha International Limited on 22.11.1993 which was registered by the Registrar of Companies, Uttar Pradesh and Kanpur on 10.12.1993. the Company at the time of incorporation had registered office in Uttar Pradesh which was shifted to New Delhi vide Company Law Board order dated 03.12.2002 The Company was incorporated with the object to manufacture and deal in Television Tubes, Vaccum Tubes, and Computer Monitors etc. The Company has installed a Black and White Television, Picture Tubes manufacturing units in Surajpur, Noida, U.P.

Activities
The Company was formed with the purpose of Manufacturing of Television tubes, Vaccum Tubes, and Computer Monitors etc.
The Company had set up a plant for manufacturing of Black and white Picture Tubes at Surajpur, Noida. However the Plant is presently closed. The Company is looking for new avenues of investment in the present scenario.
